1.1 Personal Data

We collect the following personal information from you:

Name: We collect your name to personalize your experience and communicate with you effectively.

Email: We collect your email address to send you important information regarding your account, updates, and communication.

Payment Information: We collect payment details to process your subscription securely. However, we do not store your payment information on our servers. Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment processors (Stripe).

Website Information: We collect your website URLs and domain information to provide our SEO content generation and publishing services.

WordPress/Shopify/Webflow Credentials: If you connect your WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow site, we store the necessary API credentials and connection information to publish content on your behalf.

Google Search Console Data: If you connect Google Search Console, you sign in with Google and grant us access to your Search Console account. We use this access to read your property, the indexing status of your pages, your sitemaps, and your search performance data (the queries people searched for, the pages that appeared, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position). When you ask us to, we also use it to submit your sitemap or pages to Google for indexing. We store your Google access tokens in encrypted form.

AI Assistant Connections: If you connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to your account, we store a record of which assistant you approved and when, and the access tokens it uses. We store those tokens only in hashed form.

Public Page Check: If you use our page check through an AI assistant without signing in, we fetch the public web page you name. To prevent abuse, we keep a one-way hash derived from your IP address for about an hour.

Webflow's own privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.

Search Engines: When you ask us to, we submit your sitemap and page URLs to Google, and your page URLs to Bing and other participating search engines through IndexNow.

AI Assistants You Connect: When you connect an AI assistant (such as Claude by Anthropic or ChatGPT by OpenAI) and ask it about your account, we send that assistant the data it needs to answer you. This can include your account email, your website details, AI visibility results, keyword research, the titles and status of your planned articles, your remaining allowances, and Google Search Console performance data. We send it only after you have approved the connection, and only in response to your requests. The connection is read-only: the assistant cannot publish, generate content, or change your billing. The assistant's provider processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can disconnect an assistant at any time on the AI assistants page of your dashboard, which takes effect immediately.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Google User Data

Fast Seo Fix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: we keep it while your account is active, and delete it when you ask us to.
  • Google Search Console: we keep your encrypted tokens and the indexing status of your pages until you disconnect Search Console, which deletes them. We keep a history of the indexing requests you made (the URLs and Google's response). We fetch search performance data from Google when you or your AI assistant ask for it, and we do not store it.
  • AI assistants: access tokens expire on their own, and disconnecting an assistant revokes its tokens immediately. We keep a record of which assistants you approved and when, including ones you have disconnected.
  • Public page check: the hashed IP address is deleted after about an hour.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
